| Shabana aazmi injured in road accident on mumbai pune highway |
Veteran Bollywood actress Shabana aazmi was critically injured in an accident which took place on Mumbai-Pune Express Highway on Saturday.
According to preliminary information, her car was hit by a truck from behind near khalapur toll plaza at around 3:30 pm.
Her driver is also injured in the accident. Both of them were admitted to MGM Hospital in panvel. They were later shifted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Andheri.
Her husband Jabed akhtar was also present along with her in the car. More details on the accident are awaited.
